Very Nice Prize

Not being a big hat person, I never took the time to order a hat. But when I saw a chance to get one for free and they looked nice, I took a shot in the drawing. One submission is all it took, I was the winner for December 2011! I will wear this hat. I like the style and the embroidery is full and well defined. The hat itself has a very nice shape and is not over-sized like some seem to be. Thank you for the gift and I would recommend HotPress T-Shirts.

Larry and Dan are the best. Quality of product is excellent and embroidary superior. I needed a special customized application and they delivered it above expectations. There prices are reasonable for best you can buy. It only took 2 days to Florida. Thank you guys!

Quality Product - Looks great!

Like the previous two reviewers I was also a winner of a callsign hat from HotPress. There are "no strings attached" with their monthly drawing system, so throw your name in the hat (pun intended), and check out all their offerings while you're at their website.
The hat was packed in a USPS Priority Mail box that allowed it to be shipped without being crushed down (and potentially damaged). When I opened the box I was taken back by the quality of the embroidery and boldness of the thread colors they had used (Gold for the top line, Orange for the next line, and Green for the bottom line). I also like the "modern" font he used for the last line (city/state). The black braided rope that goes across the back/top of the bill makes the hat look much nicer than cheaper looking hats by other companies.
Really, my only complaint is I feel a bit guilty not having paid anything for this hat. :-) Wearing it to hamfests will be MUCH nicer than trying to track down my name tag, which always seems to wander off.

Well, i had exactly the same experience as did the prior reviewer. I ran across the website and the offer (no strings) to enter my info for a contest to win a hat ... that was about Wednesday or Thursday of last week ... opened my email this morning, and got a message saying that i won a hat ! e-mail was dated 7/29/2011 (Friday) .... got home (today, Monday, 8/1/2011), and there was a package with the hat inside ... from Washington State to San Antonio, TX
the hat overall is very impressive .... hi quality, adjustable, with beautiful embroidery job on the Call, Name and Town...
if you or your Club needs gear (hats, tee's, etc.), this would be a great source that i would highly recommend ...

What a surprise !

What a surprise ! I usually tell people that I never
win anything, Well,, I can't say that anymore.This
week I checked into the Hotpresstshirts.com web site
to put in an entry for the "Free hat" contest,but,,
before I started to put in my entry,I looked down the page to see if they had picked the monthly
winner yet.Imagine my surprise when I saw my name&
call sign on top of the list !!This was on Thursday
June 30th.Later that day, I got an email telling me
that I had won! The next big surprise was on Sat.
July 2nd.Just three days later !! My hat came in the mail !! Usually, when I order things I really
am anxious to get,, it takes weeks,(or,,it seems
like that any way)I still can't believe my luck !
Thanks so much to the folks at Hotpress.I am
wearing the hat as I type this, I still can't
believe how nice it looks&fits,The colors and
embroidery are the best I have seen yet.
I can't wait to tell my friends, and show it off!
I actually won something !!

Outstanding quality and speed of delivery

I won a free hat as a door prize when attending the QRP ARCI Four Days in May. When I got home, I sent off an email stating that I won a hat and that I also ordered another one for my daughter and myself. This was on Friday. On Monday, the box was in my mail box. He even provided tracking when it was shipped. Upon opening the box, I found 3 black caps with bright thread embroidery. I gave the one with pink and purple thread to my daughter. She is very picky, but was thrilled with her present. If you are looking for a cap, shop here, you won't be sorry.

I read about Larry here and decided to give it a try. I was too tired that nite to understand how to order and sent an email to him directly saying what I wanted. He replied immediately giving good advice about colors chosen, layout and writing. The following day the cap was shipped. Worthless to say that the box was perfect and professional. I sent him another email after a couple of weeks since I didn't get the cap, gee sometimes I forget I'm in Italy. Top service from him, he tried to trace the box and was very pro in helping. I got the package today. Great cap, even better than expected. Finishings are superb as well as the material used and the yarn. Now I can say I'm a happy camper with my new cap. Do not hesitate, give him a try!
