Hot Receiver  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
In this QRP catagory, QRP receivers are rather poor (Not Elecraft) compared to the 100 watt class HF transceivers. Well, this radio has the same receiver as the IC-730. The IC-730 has a very good receiver. Add an optional filter and you get passband tuning as well. Without the optional passband filter, this is a triple conversion receiver. Add the filter and you have a quad conversion. I sold mine as it was not mint condition.
