Old but still great Radio

Dear All
I bought a "junk" ICOM IC 730S from an auction in Japan for around usd 100. Luckily the radio works normal, except the display it shows higher frequency than it should be, higher 700 kHz (I check by frequency counter MFJ 259B). While others: Preamp, relay, RIT, meter and lamp , all work great.
Sensitivity is awesome, (comparable with my FT 1000 MP mark V) and no much hissy.
Even power output is only 10 watt, I could made a good contact with Philippines station this morning @ 20 M, the report 5-7, I only use a V dipole "create 730V", antenna height only 5 meter (I live in tokyo). ...
if anybody know how to allign the frequency display problem, I will be more than happy to know about that.
Thank You
