GOOD ANTENNA FOR PRICE  Time owned: more than 12 months
Have owned this antenna for several years now and it still performs well. Have worked over 300 grids and 23 countries from the black hole I live in. Have tried other designs 2,4,6 elements but came back to the 4 element from LB. I did make a change in the wire though. Used larger aluminum wire for directors and reflector and larger copper wire for driven element with different
formulas than Mike supplies. Tightened up bandwith to cover only 50.0 to 50.220. Now from
NM to Tenn. 5/9. Using a design by a noted antenna geru in the magazines I only had 5/3. So
am very pleased with my LB. Highly recomment it.Have tried different matching designs on it, but the one Mike supplies works the best.
