Super Service

I've sent three Kenwood radios to Jacques at Groton and all are performing superbly. He quotes a fair price and completes his work within the time frame. He takes the time to explain what he has found and offers reasonable suggestions for other improvements.
He thoroughly bench tests all his work so you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Great Work

"Jacques" is a great technician. Brought my Kenwood TS930 in for repair. It was repaired within the time frame Jacques quoted and the price was quite reasonable for the work provided. The TS930 is working like a charm. I highly reccommend Groton Electronics if anyone needs their equipment serviced.

Exceptional Service

"Jacques" at Groton Electronics provided excellent troubleshooting of a very early FT1000MP for me on two occassions. The first was an erratic audio problem which proved to by feedback interference from one of my amplifiers. The other was a "difficult to diagnose" internal voltage regulator problem. Both time the work was excellent, well communicated and reasonably priced. He was very accomidating with drop off & pcik up (he is local to me). Highly recommended !!

If you are looking for a fantastic tech. in the Massachusetts area. Groton Electronics in Lincoln, Massachusetts is the place to visit.
"Jacques" is I consider the best of the best.
You will not be disappointed with the service you receive. He is completely honest, polite, and I tell ya, He is Top of the line and a fantastic person to deal with. You will not regret your experience with "Jacques" owner of Groton, Electronics... Groton, Mass.
