Unique product  Time owned: more than 12 months
The multi-switcher is a great way to tame the mike and speaker cord tangle of multiple radios. The device allows you to select any one of 4 audio input devices (2 mike level inputs and 2 "Auxiliary" inputs) and PTT control to one of 4 radios. You can share TNC's and digital interfaces through the AUX inputs.
The older model (pictured) even had a "trick" mod (special sequence of buttons at power up) that would allow the selection of more than one radio for simulcasting on multiple radios. The later units (now in black cases) may not have this "feature". This mode also allows you the hear the audio from all selected radios.
Only "con" to this special mode is "oops" operation on the wrong radio. You have to remember to select the proper radio before you key the mike!
Overall, it has been a great addition to my operator console.
