I used a cut and paste method of designing my card, using MS Word for the type font.I used a copy machine to size everything to basically fit together for my basic idea and then mailed it off to Doc. About five days later I received an email from Doc showing me his work up of my card. I asked for two minor changes and emailed him back. He sent me a revised draft later that same day. The draft looked great. I gave him the go ahead and got the cards three weeks later. I called Doc just before my cards showed up in the mail and discovered he is really a nice guy and takes time to speak to you. I ordered three color cards and the artwork is great. I'm 100% satisfied and would recommend him to anyone wanting a custom individualized QSL card.

I contacted Doc's with a QSL design that I had created using MS paint. After my initial design, I forwarded to Doc's in .bmp format. He contacted me via email less than 24 hours later and told me he would work up the design and send me out a printed version, and upon my approval, he would take it to print. Within 10 business days, Doc's sent my desing to me
