Bad 3CX800's  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I bought 2 3CX800's and got Penta tubes. They only put out 650 watts. I got an RMA but RF Parts won't give me money back. If by some chance i get a refund i will offer another opinion, but for now, ZERO!

Use to be disappointed with them, but now I really like their s  Time owned: more than 12 months
Back in the 1990s, RF Parts would not deal with me for buying parts as a hobbyist. However, Ive dealt with them a lot when I worked in TV broadcasting, two-way radio set-up and repairs, and with the communications for a gas company. Today, I have no problem with them dealing with me on a hobbyist basis with HAM, MURS, CB, GMRS, and FRS. (Go figure.) Their Icom RF final packs also seem to work well in Kenwood VHF / UHF radios. (Ha-ha...) Will no doubt be dealing with them for years to come.

The Best!  Time owned: more than 12 months
I've been buying tubes and components from RF Parts Co. for 15 years and can't say enough good things about them. Their product descriptions are honest, their prices are fair and their service is great.

Yesterday I bought some NOS 6146s for my KWM-2, one of which turned out to be bad. A replacement was shipped today, no charge. Can't beat that!

The name says it all  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I've bought thousands of dollars worth of tubes and parts from these good people, the latest being a 3CX3000A7 Taylor (Chinese) tube. Works perfectly, just like always. I would not hesitate to order anything from them.

Fantastic customer service  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I received most of a Diamond D130 discone from a good friend. I called RF Parts to order the missing parts. Brian found all of them in stock and got them to me quickly. Due to the weather I didn't get a chance to assemble things till last Monday. I Found parts that didnt fit. A quick call to Brian, and it was found that there had a been a non documented production change. Replacement parts were shipped out same day and at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised.

Hard to find customer service of this caliber today. Keep up the good work.

Good Company to Deal With  Time owned: more than 12 months
I have purchased a lot of merchandise from them over the years. I only had one case where they really dropped the ball and I became aggravated but I learned they were having an employee problem where they were not showing up. After they explained it I understood and I told them so. I apologized and just said I wish I had known sooner. I would not have kicked up such a fuss. We actually talked about the situation there for quite a while and laughed about some of things we had both experienced. It was a good conversation and we both learned a lesson or two. I have had to send items back and they always took care of the problem.

Professional services rendered  Time owned: 6 to 12 months
I bought a Taylor 3-500 ZG on January 12 2012.{ all tubes made in China now} I sent it back this past Monday, when it went bad after minmal operation after talking to their warranty dept..They got the tube on Tuesday & a phone call revealed it was truly a grid to filament short.I received a brand new Tayler tube Wednesday & I was in full operation in less than 48 hours .That is what I call great professional service. Hats off tp RF Parts!

First class company  Time owned: more than 12 months
I have known -- but am not associated with -- the RF Parts guys and their Diamond Antenna operation for over 10 years. They are all knowledgable and people of integrity.

Power tubes are getting harder and harder to source since there are few US made available. But the RF Parts approach of testing and "weeding out" before they ship greatly improves your odds when you do have to go Asian. And they stand behind their stuff very well if you do have any issues. Best anyone can do when we're forced to use non American stuff.

Really Fantastic  Time owned: more than 12 months
This is a class act. The people at RF Parts are very nice people, the products are exactly as they describe, their packing is top notch, and they carry a really interesting line of products at fair prices.

I have been buying my transmitting tubes and other RF parts - such as doorknob capacitors from them for about 10 years - and they have always been great.
