Great Customer Service

Based on my recent experience with this company I rate it a 5. I decided I wanted a custom QSL card featuring my pet cat of my own design. However, not really knowing exactly what I wanted, I contacted QSL works by email for assistance. After giving QSL works some general information and the front photo I wanted to use, they quickly produced a proof that was close to exactly what I wanted, after giving a few minor changes the proof was ready within a few days, excellent so far.
I ordered the cards and they arrived within two weeks, but there was some coloration and printing issues with the cards. I contacted QSL works about the problems and was plesantly surprised when I was informed that I could keep the less than satisfactory cards, and they would print up another set at no cost to me. Wow, what great customer service.
It was a pleasure and painless experience doing business with this company. They will be producing my next set of cards.

Fast, Friendly and Right

This was the 4th time I've had QSL cards made over the years, each time by someone different, this is the first time that they came out better than I expected. Tami worked with me all the way and I now have a card that I'm very happy with. Tami is the best at design and layout. If you want something that's done right and done the way You want them, then I suggest QSL works, you won't be sorry. Got my cards in a week too, not months. Joe WV2NY.

I needed a QSL card for an upcoming special event operation ( W1Y ) and was leary using the online order form. A slight delay occured I am sure due to my ordering by e-mail rather than the order form. Several communications with Curt and Tami produced what I feel is a perfect card to capture our special event. Thanks so much to both of you. I am sure I will be using you in the future.

Top notch service and product

As a new DX-er, I spent some time looking at my options for QSL cards. I had an idea for what I wanted, but Tami at QSLWorks took my idea and made it into a beautiful QSL card.
They were terrific to deal with and communications throughout the process were quick. The cards arrived and looked even better then the proofs provided to view on the web. The quality is A++.
I'll definitely be re-ordering from them when the time comes.

Thanks again go to Tami for the work she did in providing what I wanted on my new card (can be seen here on QRZ in my profile). For my money QSL Works is the #1 printer in the U.S. With quick turn-around and competative pricing I have no need to look further.

In my opinion QSLWorks is THE BEST QSL printer in the business. Wide array of art work, illustrations, photos, type faces, report forms--or design your own. Very rapid service and mailing. Highest quality printing I have seen in a QSL (I'm a journalist, and I know something about printing). Finally, the friendliest, most helpful customer relations you could ask for. Curt and his assistant, Tami, will go out of their way to get you the cards YOU want. I'm on my second thousand now, and will be going back to QSLWorks for all future orders.

Very good service and good rendition of my own custom design. My older cards used an online printing service (psprint.com) and they came out a little better, but they don't provide as much free hand-holding! QSLWorks uses 10 pt stock (a little light compared to 14 pt previous) and does not coat the photo side, resulting in a somewhat low gloss product, especially on black. The results were acceptable for me, not quite up to psprint, for a 4/5 score.

These folks are great! Dealing with Tami was a treat. I used two of my own photos for the front and the back and also requested a couple of custom text cells on the back. I'm no graphic artist but Tami and the crew made some wonderful touches to my card. I could not be happier. The service, quality and price were superb.

I cannot tell you how please I am with QSLworks. I am not an easy person to please. Tami at QSLworks must have made 200 changes to my card. I felt really bad but I wanted the perfect card to reflect my interests in vintage gear using vintage typefaces. She never blinked an eye. Always cheerful and helpful. I really cannot say enough good things about them. When the product arrived, I was sooo pleased. Thank you QSLWorks!
