Great transceiver!  Time owned: more than 12 months
The quality is great! The drawbacks are:

1. No memories
2. No PL Tones
3. No scanning

Power output:
L-2W
M-12W
H-30W

Cheap 220  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
My 220Mhz Midland is a bit odd, but easy to use...(Ps .. i got it off of eBay)

The sound quality is fair... like normal Midland (hi hi) .....

output on high on mine is 30W on high ....

IT has no memmories... just dial the frequwncy u want and have fun.

about the only thing that is programble is the "A" - "B" on the Tx offset ... for personal ofset if u want... its set for a standard 1.6Mhz offset.

Iv had it for 10 minits.. and so far so good.
