OK FOR SSB WORK  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I just bought one of these radios with the SSB adapter. I works very well and has a fairly sharp receiver. The power is 5 watts low (witch is adjustable from 3 to 15 watts) and 25 watts high. Good clear FM and SSB (upper & lower) but NO CW so I cannot give it a high rating. I bought it used as an I.F. radio for my 2304 microwave transverter, but with no CW I'll have to find another use for it. All and all for it's age, (I think 1978) it is still is a preformer!
