Custom hat order

I was looking for a hat that had my call sign on it, and CallsignWear.com had a list of nine different styles in more than ten colors (and at least 10 colors of embroidery). That adds up to around 1000 different combinations to choose from. Unfortunately, the style/color combination I wanted, while pictured on one of their product pages, was not available for purchase.
I sent an email asking about availability, and I quickly got a response detailing how I should go about making a "custom" order (even though *all* orders are custom), complete with product number and details for the hat I wanted. (I think the reason it was a custom product was that it needed to be ordered through different channels.)
Shipping was prompt, communication was clear and relevant, and the hat looks great. It's high quality construction with crisp embroidery.
Highly recommended.
