I've had it up one day -- and it tuned up perfect and has been a blast on 40 meters. It's only about 4 feet off the ground, but I am having no trouble making contacts and am getting fine reports.

It went together with some difficulty...but I am not an expert solderer. It takes a lot of heat to solder per their instruction, and I worried I was hurting the components inside the balun and traps. It looks like it survived though...but it took a couple tries to get the solder where it needed to be. I have a feeling the weather (WNY winter) may not be kind to this antenna. I will have to file another report in the spring of course. Operationally, it is fine and the instructions were okay. For $39 I could not complain to much.
