a great vintage setup
|
Time owned: more than 12 months

these make great 2 meter ssb units. add one these to your sb-110 and jion the ssb/cw fun on vhf.
after a warm up the become very stable and have some of the hottest ears around.
while i like my yaesu ft-847 for vhf work. there isnt nothing that beat's using this old gear for the wow and fun factor. and when you toss in a good tube amp and nice stacked array yehaaaa now your talking
weak signal supremency
