Great and TALL  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
For sure this is a monster antenna, but when it comes to pure mobile 2 meter performance there is no equal. Antenna is solidly built, just keep those set screws tight!

ARES-RACES Awesome  Time owned: more than 12 months
If you're involved with ARES or RACES and need a high gain antenna for those "dead zones" this is the antenna for you. I've had mine for over 2 years with no issues at all. Combine it with an Icom V8000 at 75watts..you do the math..major horsepower to get back to the EOC's repeater/simplex machine or your Net Control...

It's not a great roof mount at 96" you tend to hit more than miss. That being said, on a tri-mag mount or a good K400 mount you should be fine. For the price, if you need to get out..this is the one. It's also a good option for those apartment bound with limited access to the roof. A cookie sheet with mag mount works great.
