Multimode  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Just trying it for a few days. I realy like the option of 4 extra windows, each decoding a digimode dedicated to that window. switching between receive windows and mode switching work like a dream, so fast.

thanks JE3HHT for another great program!

Usefull Features!  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I am enjoying using this latest software, the more I use it the more I like it!....

MMVARI works well down into the noise and while it is designed originally for Japanese character sets decodes English (simpler form) really well!

I leave my Yaesu FT-857D with the audio off and QSO's just jump at me! (this is really good when the xyl is trying to sleep!)...

Configuring MMVARI is a dream! What I really like is the macro insertion feature - when you are building personal macros - makes MMVARI really easy to configure for new digital users!

I would (personally) prefer to see a simpler logging module, perhaps without the Japanese City's embedded, but bearing in mind that Mako produced MMVARI for the Asian Ham Community, I am happy to adopt it in it's present form and encourage Mako to continue his excellent gift for producing Ham Software that really works well!

Also, would be nice to have a few more modes inmcluded in the next beta (cw?)...

Thanks Mako, a nice s/ware package that easily adapts to English language - I am already a fan!

Excellent Program  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Another excellent program by JE3HHT, Mako. This effort, although aimed at correcting problems encountered with Asian languages when transmitting in PSK31 or other digital modes, functions very well with English and other languages.

Its a sound card program that provides RTTY, MFSK, PSK31 and other modes. I believe it is easier to use than MMTTY, and is more "user friendly" in appearance and through the use expanded of macros (144 of them!).

The selflessness of JE3HHT in providing the amateur community with high quality programs for FREE is highly commendable.

Although currently a beta program, it is very user friendly with extensive documentation.

Thanks Mako for your excellent program!

Joe
