Alpha Radio Products has been very good on returning all E-Mails, also with Phone calls on questions..Had a problem getting a manual for our new Alpha 99 we bought, but when it did arrive was really nicely down with color front..Very good people to deal with..

Top of the line!

Alpha's repair, whether you send your amp to them, or whether they supply you parts and provide instructions for doing the repair yourself, is absolutely the tops. The only other company I'd equate them with is Ten-Tec. Both have top notch service that goes out of the way to please the customer.
