Reviews Summary for ELECTROVOICE RE410
ELECTROVOICE RE410 Reviews: 1 Average rating: 5.0/5 MSRP: $$199.00
Description: The RE410 is a high-performance cardioid condenser vocal microphone which is ideal for serious pop, rock and rap vocalists. It features a crisp, clear top end and sweet mid-range characteristics to lift your voice out of the mix. In addition, it features a warm-grip handle for a great feel, and ultra-low handling noise.
Product is in production.

Outstanding vocal mic  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
The RE410 is a handheld condensor microphone which requires 48V phantom power. As expected from a high-end condensor mic, the RE410 has all the characteristic of a good microphone without the dreadfull background noise pick-up and proximity effect as usually encounter with a condensor mic.
With the RE410, you can close talk, back-off an inch or so, even deviate left to right or "wander" around the mic, your audio will still remain at a constant level.
In comparison of this mic to the Shure Beta 58A (which is my "reference standard"), it has a slight richer low end. The mid and high end is about the same as the Beta 58A.
In comparing this mic to the Shure Beta 87A (which is also a condensor type), the low end is not as "boomy".
This is a truly wonderful vocal mic as it makes your voice stand-out, yet still maintain a very well balance of lows and highs.
