I think this is a project that was left to die... I guess it works but don't try to visit "our site" in the help menu for "the latest news" because all you get is the ol' 'page can not be found' message. The optimistic "The awards database is constantly updated with new diploma information" in the above description is a nice idea but it aint happenin'.
