Reviews Summary for CTR-BlueAir: Bluetooth interface for your radio
CTR-BlueAir: Bluetooth interface for your radio Reviews: 1 Average rating: 5.0/5 MSRP: $90
Description: CTR-BlueAir is a custom radio serial interface utilizing Bluetooth wireless technology that allows you to control your radio using CTR-Remote and the built-in Bluetooth capabilities of your Pocket PC (or PC... the dongle works with many PC radio control programs too!)

No special serial port cables or adapters are required for your Pocket PC or for Yaesu radios using the 8-pin mini-DIN CAT connector. Adapters are available for other Yaesu (6-pin mini-DIN CAT), Kenwood, Icom, and Elecraft radios.

Modules are custom programmed with your call, passcode (for encryption) and baud rate.
Product is in production.

Amazing and it Works 100%!  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Received the BlueAir/CTR combo and set it up with my FT-817 and Dell X50v PDA. This device along with the CTR Remote software is absolutely amazing technology. Set-up took less than 5 minutes total for both the dongle and the software (just follow the easy and correct website instructions). I am now able to simultaneously control the FT-817 rig via Bluetooth and receive and auto log DX spots via WiFi. For those who complain about the FT-817 being too small to easily control or a PC/laptop rig control being too large and "clunky", just use this combo and sit back in your easy chair (or outdoor remote operation) and operate at your convenience with a small handheld pocket PDA. The "gee-whiz" factor is just off the wall!
