Super Low-Band Receiving Antenna but you need nice earth!  Time owned: more than 12 months
This anntena is not known the potentials of nice low-band HF receiving ability.
Since 6110kHz Voz Christiana can be heard clearly in Japan by this gear.
It would be fairly finished product with high dinamic range and low S/N ratio by excelent FET. You, although, should note that this antenna needs good earth. If you have no idea for what is nice earth for low bander. please come to my homepage.

I atached 4 earthing elements to this gear.( now 6 )
I enjoy Low Band DXing by it. How low, the noise is in low band. (floor noise is S= 0 in the frequency 3MHz-1MHz which has ever could not realized by other antenna) This is a somewhat near a magnetic field type loop antenna,I suppose. How is it working? That, I imagin DX500 , by nice ground, the magnetic field in the element increased and the picking efficiency of a MT element in the element also increased. so nice ground is almost 'MUST ITEM' for this antenna.

I compare this with magnetic loop AMA-10D and notice that there are no difference between them on 40m band, (20-15m AMA-10D is more sensitive. also in Low band, DX500 has excellent receiving ability AMA-10D cannot heard.)

Again, this antenna needs nice earth.
I spent almost double price for the earth.
So please remember. You need much time, and enjoy.
