Great software, excellent price!  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I recently needed software and cables to program a Yaesu VX-170. I found aftermarket cables available from a trusted source on ebay but I figured I would have to pay the big $$$ for the software from the usual vendor. Luckily, I ran across Bob's website and decided to give it a try. The software worked great and the price is right. A real American bargain...from the UK!

Works with FT270R and OEM Cables  Time owned: more than 12 months
We've found support from RT Systems sadly lacking. Was happy to find that the aftermarket cables from Hong Kong work fine with this software, and it works on the new FT-270's.

Great Software  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
This software is very easy to use and makes the radio much more fun. Tech support is fast and prompt (I suffered a loose cable only!). If you plan to travel you can program memory banks for the different places you visit.
This software integrates well with Commander and Bob's other software so that you can share memory information between radios quite easily.
I got the CT-28B cable from RT.
I purchased this after a good experience with Bob's 7800 software.
