Very lossy antenna
Time owned: 0 to 3 months
The reason this antenna provides a good match to 50 ohms is because the antenna is very lossy. The input impedance ranges from about 40 ohms to just over 65 ohms. An average antenna this length should be about 25 to 30 ohms. It is similar to the Outbacker.
