Super good work!  Time owned: 6 to 12 months
Good work once again from Bill. He brought my Kenwood TS-570S back from the brink and just like that, it's good as new.

N4ATS has done it again!  Time owned: more than 12 months
Bill has done it again! I sent one of my Kenwood 870's off to Bill for repair of the RF Chain....and after two short days...BINGO its back and as good, if not better than new. I first stumbled upon Bill while looking for repair of a QRO amplifier and have found a full service tech that I can recommend whole heartedly to one and all...no questions asked.

Good Service even on an ICOM 706  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Got an old 706 from eBay cheap and HF wasnt working, thought it was finals but NO, Bill figured it out and did it at a fair rate.

Do business with Bill, can't go wrong.

Another FL-7000 saved  Time owned: 3 to 6 months
I sent a FL-7000 to Bill a while back and he did his usual magic and sent it back to me in excellent working condition. He's a master on upgrading the FL-7000's. They will last longer that we Ham's who own them will. Great job Bill. Keep up the great work. Gary W9VS

Wonderful Amp Service  Time owned: more than 12 months
I sent Bill (N4ATS) my ailing QRO 2500DX for repair and renewal. In little more than a day or so the problems were diagnosed and completely taken care of.

As the work began on the amp, from opening the case through buttoning it back up again for return, images were taken at each step in the repair process and emailed so I could follow along with all the work being done.

I found my experience with N4ATS to have included: a truly fine repair job, completed at an extremely reasonable price and in a amazingly short amount of time. In the future I won’t hesitate to send other equipment for repair and upgrading as needed.

Excellent Support from Overseas!..  Time owned: more than 12 months
When my FL-7000 had some problems, I tried to solve problem. I downloaded service manuals and schematics. But I saw it needed huge experience about its technicals, errors and what they mean.

Searched on forums about same problems, tried to find guys had same errors. At that time I found Bill, giving technical support with upgrades. But there was a problem, it seemed the amplifier had to be sent to him. That would be so expensive sending amp. to him, shipping charges, fees, customs duties etc. I contacted with Bill and told him everything about condition and about the amplifier. When I saw an e-mail from Bill telling some solutions and recommendations about the amplifier, I was very surprised. With not only my effort and technical knowledge but also Bill's excellent support made the amplifier back to it's life.

Thank you Bill for your fast words back to my e-mails. And thank you for your support from overseas, your time.

The amplifier is living and breathing now.

flawless  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I picked up a nice 4 button FL-7000 that I probably could have put into immediate service, but I boxed it up and sent it to Bill instead. After his alignments, tweaks and mods, I'm convinced I have a better product than originally left the Yaesu factory. This amp works perfectly, and I know it's all because of Bill's knowledge and attention to detail. Great to deal with (we exchanged a few e-mails, never talked by phone), ultra fast turnaround, affordable bench fees (Bill could charge double his price and it would still be a bargain) and bullet proof return shipping in a better box than I sent -I don't know what, if anything, could have gone better. 10 out of 5. Really.
