Empty promises and months delay

I decided to pick an Amateur Radio Repair Centre that is advertising in Radcom, RSGB's official ham newsletter, so I picked Medway Aerials. Big mistake. Told on the phone it will take 2-3 weeks to change couple of tranies and diodes, it turned out to be three months of phoney reasons for delay.
Examples:
(1 month) didn't have time to look at it, will do it today.
(1 month 1/2) one of the tranies needs ordering, just ran out
(2 months) the order came, only 3 tranies for other equipment, will order more for you.
(2 months 1/2) trany came today, i'm looking at it. will change and post it tomorrow
(3 months )today I have taken it to the post office myself.
