First major milestone  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Not the first award, but this is a major milestone in my short awards history. With the endorsements, it gives me a continuous challenge.

One gripe I have is, ARRL doesn't clearly explain how I can apply using LoTW and paper QSL. The process needs to be streamlined like hybrid WAS application. (Hint for those in similar situation: You need to pay twice for hybrid DXCC application)

Lab standard  Time owned: 6 to 12 months
I like this award, but I wish the signature on the award wasn't so blurry. It is still the benchmark of operator skill. With the advent of LOTW, it is easier than ever to get.

Easy to get  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
With the advent of LOTW and local card checking this award is now easier than ever to get.
