Best compact beam going!

Count me as another fan of the boys from Maine. I own DS antennas for 2, 222, 432, and 1.2ghz...they're all well made, easy to put together and tune, and work great!
This antenna is also the perfect antenna for folks interested in WSJT (meteor scatter) work. Enough gain to boost a 100 watt signal, and wide beamwidth so that you "see" all of the sky. Antennas like this can actually outperform longer "boomer" style antennas for MS work. For rovers using this jewel, think about adding WSJT mode. It gives you some new grids during the night, and one antenna can fill both roles well.
My advice on all the Directive Systems antennas, is "BUY THEM!"

Great antenna

I have had the DS144-6RS as well as the 222 and 432 models for almost a year and they work great. Good F/B and gain is as good as the larger Cushcraft that it replaced.

I put up this antenna a couple of months ago and am very happy with the gain and rejection as well as the quality. Very happy :)
