Average rating: 5.0/5

Description: This is a peak reading instrument, showing your actual modulation percentage at all times. The monitor features separate high resolution (100 LEDs total) positive and negative peak meters, and both meters include a peak-hold function, showing you the most recent, high positive and negative peak level. The AMM-HF1 is the perfect instrument for measuring and monitoring the modulation of complex, varying audio signals such as voice or music.

A great product for AMers

This is a great shack accessory for AM operators. The Web site gives a complete description. Based on my own measurements, it is very accurate. It is also very easy to use, with a well-designed user interface. The display dynamics provide a clear, easy-to-understand and interpret picture of your positive and negative modulation indices... that complements what you can see when you display the envelope of your signal on an oscilloscope.
