I have the DP-6-75 (6-position) model. It has two 6-position distribution blocks mounted at the rear, both with one fuse socket per position. You can attach spade lugs to your power wires and securely screw them down. This sort of panel is usually configured with hot wires distributing from one block, and return wires attaching to the other block. If you do the same, the only option you have to get continuity through the return block is to install 40A ATO fuses as "jumpers." Duracomm did not provide another means to do this and couldn't suggest a better way either. These are simple, sturdy and look good, but they're far from professional fuse panels (yet also much less expensive).
