A terrific deal  Time owned: more than 12 months
I'm probably one of the first non-affiliated users of Global QSL. The cards are high quality, the prices are cheaper than sending "stock" grade cards through your own bureau, and the tech service support is very fast.

I get in about 200 cards a month, and utilizing a text editor, those cards are responded to that evening. I don't think you can say that about blank cards and sticky labels.

GlobalQSL is Great  Time owned: 3 to 6 months
Like others who have rated this site, I make about 13K QSOs per year. QSLing by myself was getting to be a real pain. But GlobalQSL does the work for me, quite efficiently and very inexpensively. I am very pleased with the service, and recommend it to all hams.

Excellent and Unique  Time owned: 6 to 12 months
I generate thousands of QSO's per year in contests and normal operating. Frankly, QSL'ing was getting to be a real chore. I have managers for some DXpeditions I've done, but none for my home call operations. It was becoming a real time consumer to sit down and reply to all the incoming QSL cards I was receiving - I could easily spend a whole day every couple of months - and that was with using software to generate labels on cards.

I saw a flyer for GlobalQSL last year at Dayton, and decided to give them a try. What a pleasure it has been. The cards are high quality, and relatively easy to design with the GlobalQSL graphics editor. So far I've sent out nearly 18,000 cards, and it's been a tremendous time saver. People are receiving the cards fine (there was a time when the French QSL buro had an issue, but that was resolved quickly) and I've sent myself a few cards also.

I have found the service at GlobalQSL to be top notch, they are very responsive and pleasant whenever I have had questions.

Fantastic service  Time owned: 6 to 12 months
I love this service. I send several thousand QSL's each year and this is the most efficient cost effective way I have found!!!
The quality of the cards are top notch!!! and the program provided to design is very user friendly.
It's like having an automated QSL manager.

Thanks GlobalQSL!!!

A QSLers Dream  Time owned: more than 12 months
GlobalQSL makes my life easier. With a backlog of 1000 QSLs, just the thought of manualy sending these gave me nightmares. With GlobalQSL I was able to upload my log, design a QSL and I was done. Honestly, I have no idea how they can print and send out these QSLs so cheaply, but they do. This is a great service. I dont understand why anyone would want to send out their own QSL cards. I use Ham Radio Deluxe and now I am completely PC controlled, including sending out my QSL cards.

Excellent Service!  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I would like to thank all the guys involved into the GlobalQSL. They work really hard, never had a delay with answers. QSL-cards are top quality, quick delivery, very good packages. Their website and software work as a treat. If you know a little bit graphical design, their service is endless possibilities of your QSL design dreams.

Misunderstanding about QSL proofs  Time owned: more than 12 months
There is a misunderstanding about QSL proofs.
GlobalQSL does not sent out proofs of your QSL designs. Part of the problem is english translation on their part.

The way I get a proof is to send a QSL to myself. This takes about 2 months or so.

The best way I get a proof of my QSL card - is to order 100 Blank cards - which GlobalQsl does mail back to you AirMail. This method takes about 2-3 weeks.

If you like a sample of my QSL - send me a SASE - I be happly to send one.

I have sent out over 4,000 Qsl cards. Have heard back from my JA's friends - they enjoy by view of Yosemite Valley.

Does it work?  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
In early December ('07) I designed and uploaded my QSL to this service. But I had some questions about the format. There were a few conflicting messages on their website about proofs (their policy seemed to change over time), so I send an e-mail asking if I could actually see a proof of my card. I received a prompt reply that said all I had to do was request one, so I did.

Nearly 3 months later I'm still waiting. Additionally, I recently received a message stating that they are raising their rates.

In reading the reviews here, I see a some glowing comments from people who have SENT QSL's through the service, but no one seems to have actually RECEIVED one. The oldest review is less than 11 months old (at this writing), and bureaus are slow, but the questions has to be asked . . .

Does this service actually work?

Saves time and money  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I work a fair amount of DX and am told by some DX stations that Kentucky can be hard to confirm on HF. Therefore, I have always received a lot of unsolicited DX cards through the bureau. And I have always answered them but at times have been slow to respond. I'm not proud of it but time spent filling out cards is time I'm not operating.

Three years ago, I finally mastered the art of using my computer log to print adhesive QSL labels. Printing 30 at a time made it possible to answer about 90 cards per hour. Better but still time consuming and costly.

Recently, I came across GlobalQSL and signed up for the service. I designed my own card and bought 100 for a trial run. So far, so good. Designing the card was easy and I was pleased with the results. I told a buddy that the real test would be the first time I answered a mailing from the bureau. I didn't have to wait long. An envelope from the bureau appeared in my mailbox about a week later. I entered log data manually for a couple of SWL cards in the group but uploaded an ADIF file for the rest. I couldn't believe it. For probably the first time in 38 years on the air, I actually replied to all the cards in a bureau mailing on the same day they were received! And no having to stick all the labels on the cards, no alphabetizing the cards by prefix, no going to my basement to look for a box to send the outgoing cards to ARRL and no trip to the post office for shipping and dealing with ever-escalating postal rates!

And the cost? Less than a dime per card. And no time spent organizing the mailing or paying the postage to CT. If this trial run goes as well as I think it will, I plan to then buy 1,000 cards and that will drive my cost down to just 8.2 cents per card -- period. You can't beat it.

If you get a lot of bureau cards, this is the way to handle them. Or, if you go on a mini-DXpedition to the Caribbean, for example, just upload your log via an ADIF file and send everybody you work a card via GlobalQSL and their bureaus and save yourself hours and hours of time spent answering cards. Might cost a little more but well worth the time saved.

This is the way to go if you have a lot of DX bureau cards  Time owned: 3 to 6 months
I make about 20K+ QSOs per year in domestic and DX contests. That generates a lot of QSL cards! I believe in answering 100% of the QSL cards received to thank those who work me in the contests.

Heard about GlobalQSL from an introduction email and was skeptical at first. Got to see a sample QSL at Dayton and they looked pretty good.

In order to try them out, I decided to design and have them print 100 blank QSL cards that I could use for direct cards.

It was free to create an account and download the graphic editor. I am no graphic artist, but I was able to quickly mix photos and text to make a nice double sided full color QSL card with a photo of me operating and a shot of my antennas.

I submitted my order and charged it to my credit card. I received several emails as the order was processed and finally one announcing my cards had shipped (about 2 weeks after the order). Took about 10 days to arrive.

The cards were just what I was hoping. I never thought I would be able to afford full color QSLs, but GlobalQSL makes it possible.

Next step is to upload an ADIF file with 5000 QSOs and have GlobalQSL print the cards and mail them off to the bureau. Looking forward to not having to print labels, stick them to the cards, or mail the box off to ARRL.

I had several email conversations with the hams behind GlobalQSL while I was getting started and they were all answered quickly and professionally. I hope they get lots of business are able to continue for a long time. I love the concept of "upload and forget" QSLing.
