very poor quality control

I bought the 9 eli 2m yagi,it arrived quickly but was missing the boom support bracket,after 2 emails I still dont have a reply,the manuel is crap,and the build quality dont look up to much,the boom is very small diameter,it does not look like it will take much hammer off the wind,and as I am approx 1200 foot asl,it will get a good test
