Well worth the money  Time owned: 6 to 12 months
A comprehensive listing of regional repeaters and their tones in a quick-to-use format. Covers repeaters on 10m, 6m, 2m, 220, 440, 900 and 1270 bands. Two separate listings for each state, by frequency and by location, makes it easy to find a nearby repeater (or to determine where the one you're listening to is located), anywhere in the 8-state SE region.

Makes an excellent tool while traveling, I always take an issue with me when I'm on the road. You simple can't beat the price! Includes articles of interest to repeater operators, portable/emergency operations, etc, and a hamfest calendar as well!

A "must read" for FM operators in the Southeast  Time owned: more than 12 months
I'm the former editor of the RJ, and I was surprised to see it was not reviewed yet, so I decided to add it. Of course I'll call it a "5", but let's see if we attract some reviews from less biased readers.

A quarterly publication, the RJ covers mostly FM/repeater oriented activity in SERA's eight southeastern states. Features include an updated "Repeater Index" of all repeaters in SERA territory (sorted by state/city, then again by frequency); news columns for each SERA state, general interest articles and a few technical articles. The RJ is an all-volunteer effort, but has professional polish.

And at $10/year (SERA membership) it's the biggest bargain in ham radio today.

A hat tip to long-time editor Wayne Williams K4MOB (SK) who built the RJ into what it is today, and current editor Tom Gallagher N4IOZ, who is keeping it going strong.

There have been a few other attempts to publish magazines dedicated to FM, but none lasted. The RJ has been in continuous publication for 36 years!

If you're big on FM, but outside the Southeast, it might still be worth $10 to see what it has to offer.

73,
Gary KN4AQ
