Description: To earn this award, all fifty states of the United States of America must have been worked between April 3, 2004 and December 31, 2004. No qsl cards are required, only log entries.
This was a special worked all states award to concide with the 90th year of the existence of the ARRL. The ARRL was founded in 1914.
