needs quality control

I ordered this balun two weeks ago.
When it arrives I heard that something rattle inside.
After look inside I saw, that one of
the two ferrite cores were not secured to the coil.
Also the craftsmanship looks very amateur like.
The next surprise arrived two day ago.
I got the invoice and the credit card slip.
When I ordered the balun, I got in the order confirmation:
Shipping = Shipping will be added on or charged separately.
The amount will depend on the weight and courier selected.
Grand Total = 54.95
That is o.k. for the delivery to Germany.
But my credit card and the invoice now shows:
133 $ for shipping to Germany and a grand total of
172,95 $.
I send afterwards an e-mail to the company, but
received no response yet.
