Some printing problems  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Purchased the product via Ebay. Took about 10 days to arrive with standard USPS shipping (one CD). To install you need to request a license key and that takes another day or two. Once you install for one radio with the key, you can install for any other supported radio and the key tranfers. All must be on the same computer. I used the program for a DR-135 and DR-620. All worked fine for the 135, but the print command was inoperable on the 620. The software license states:
This Software Product is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. CBTI does not guarantee results or warrant that the Software Product will be error-free. CBTI may choose, at its discretion, to release updates to the Software Product from time to time.
I wrote the author once with no response, but commented in my Ebay feedback about the printing problem. That got his attention and he promised to fix the files. That was two weeks ago and have not heard back from him. His website also does not list any software updates or corrections.

complicated proceedures create problems  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
ordered online from CBTI, installed cd and requested license key online per instructions. got key and installed only to get an invalid key message. Been going back and forth with cbti, they wrote it for alinco, several times so far with no results.have both yaesu and icom software and never had a problem. save the money and use the radio keys.
