Poor communication, lost money

I ordered doorknob capacitors from Annas CW Store on eBay (ebay id is cwstore). It is a vendor located in Ukraine that specializes in surplus Russian military communications parts. I was directed to an international PayPal site where I completed the payment, but I never got my order. After I emailed Anna they told me they never got the money, even after I sent the PayPal receipt. Then they marked my ebay transaction as payment completed. It is now in PayPal dispute, so I wait to see if that process works. I do not recommend you do business with this vendor at all.
