OK, But..........  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
1) There's a staggering amount of advertising, and given the age of the magazines most of these products will be long gone.

2) A few of the pages are scanned upside down, obviously the pdf files were never checked.

3) There's a fair amount of repetition in the projects, how many tone encoders or decoders does a ham need?

4) A lot of the stuff is way too old to be built now because of availability of the parts.

If I had a choice between the two I would purchase the final volume of Technical Topics, a CD comes with the book that has every edition of TT from when Pat Hawker started to when he pulled the plug.

A+++ GREAT Value!!  Time owned: 3 to 6 months
It is what it says - the whole thing on a DVDROM - fit right into the DVD/CD player in my new laptop.

Magazine pages are saved by each monthly issue in Adobe PDF format (you can get that online for free if you don't have it).

You can view or print with your computer (DVD drive required) - very cool - I got rid of piles of old magazines and made the XYL happy!!!
