Excellent PSK inexpensively  Time owned: 3 to 6 months
I couldn't wait to work PSK but I didn't want to spend big bucks on an interface. So I did my homework and finally came across this interface.
Since I am pretty good at kit building I ordered the unit. Had it together in about 30 minutes minus the cabling, that took about another 30 minutes to make the connecting wires with all new connectors. Hooked it up to my TS50 and wow I was pleasantly surprised I was on!!! I used Digipan software which worked really well. Made about 10 to 15 contacts a day for the next few days and now I'm hooked. You will need a DB9 connector which you can salvage from an old mouse which is what I did, and a mic connector for your particular radio. Also the black stereo connector needs to be longer as the one that
comes with kit is a bit too short at least for my setup. I bought one at a local dollar store that was plenty long so that cured that. All in all I'd recommend this kit for the beginner and experienced user, it does a fine job. And BTW it requires no power source the PC sound card takes care of that. Happy PSK de KA2HHB
