Bernie is a Master at the Art of attaining timely and valuable information and “the inside DX scoop” that every DX’er needs to be informed about. A true DX’er can’t afford to miss a single issue of The Weekly DX. If you want to be kept in the DX loop on a daily basis you might want to consider subscribing to The Daily DX also edited by Bernie W3UR.

Great for DX news

I have been receiving the daily version of this publication for some time now and find it extremely helpful in planning my schedule to work DX stations I still need for confirmation and additions to my Dx totals. I find it well worth the price and recomend it to any ham wanting to receive the latest DX news in a timely fashion.

More powerful than a new amplifier!

I have found the Weekly DX to be the most valuable "soft" accessory in my shack because it alerts me to all of the upcoming dxpeditions and dx activities and also because it provides me with a significant amount of very useful information including accurate QSL routes for contest stations.
For someone interested in DX, the Weekly DX is ideal because it is a "one stop shop" for information about what is going on in the world of DX. This means that I don't have to access multiple sources of information to feel comfortable that I am not going to miss out on some underpublicized rare DX operation.
I would gladly compare the Weekly DX to other publications like it if indeed there were any that were comparable!

Very Good Resource
|
Time owned: 6 to 12 months

I've been a ham for 54 years, got into casual DX'ing when I retired in 2001. The Weekly DX comes via email every Monday, and is a great resource for who's on, DXpeditions, QSL routes, IOTA, and other news. Bernie also sends occasional emails with real-time info.
I think it's worth the $27 a year.

Great for New DXers!

I started my DX 'career' in 2007, have a modest station (100w & wire antenna) and limited time to operate. There is so much to learn about DXing that the last thing I needed was to operate 'hit & miss' strategies. I tried the Daily DX but found it too much information for me to use. The Weekly DX is perfect by putting in one place who is on what bands, QSL routes, tidbits about DXing you might never hear, and stories about upcoming DXpeditions that makes DXing more than simply scoring points. Being in my email box each Monday morning is a real treat. The subscription price is a bargain. Oh, yeah, I almost forgot: I have 155 countries confirmed in 2 years and part of the credit goes to Weekly DX newsletter that has alerted me to what and where to look. Yes, you can find a lot of the same info elsewhere in multiple locations. At my age wasting time looking on various websites is not useful when for pennies a day I can have it in one place. Get it if you're the least bit interested in DXing!

Indispensable

I've been a Weekly DX subscriber from the beginning, and rely on it for news of DXpeditions, new entities, and the like. Bernie also sends out e-mails of time-sensitive events which occur between weekly editions. You won't miss anything important in the world of DX!
Does it work? I'm on top of the Honor Roll.

For many years now DX Weekly has been my primary source for information on DXpedtions, QSL routes and related information. Delivery in an email is just perfect and gives me those details to increase my score in a timely manner. Bernie, keep up the good work. 73, Stephan, HB9DDO / WS9O
