Description: The Astatic 1104C is an amplified high gain ceramic desk microphone. It features easily accessible tone and volume controls to help customize the sound of your voice for best results on any radio. The 1104C uses a standard 9-volt battery and has a rugged die cast zinc base and ABS upper housing. The 1104C amplifier and 6 wire cable make it compatible with all modern radio transceivers.

What an incredible sounding microphone. I have friends that spent hundreds of dollars on mic's, and nothing has come close to the sound of this particular microphone. It has a very distinct sound that no other can match.

I have used just about every mobile and desk mic out there. You simply cant beat the audio quality of this item. The internal variable gain control helps one match it to any rig. The VERY nice external tone control lets you adjust it to the tone of your voice. Hands done the best desk mic avaiL next to the D104 M6 HAND MIC.
