Attractive & Accurate Value Wattmeter  Time owned: more than 12 months
The Motorola S1350C wattmeter is compact, attractive, highly-accurate and a good value at current used prices. Disadvantages, relative to the Bird system, are as follows: (1) it is no longer made, so obtaining the frequency range and power level element needed is hit-or-miss; (2) the element cannot be remoted from the meter, so the coax has to be brought up to the meter; and (3) the connectors are permanently mounted to the element, so if you require both PL259 and N connectors, you will need two elements (or adaptors).
