A glossy hardcover volume issued on ARRL's 75th anniversary. A few interesting articles on the League's founders and founding, followed by many reprints of black-and-white photos and illustrations from QST with captions from each decade covered. The photos are of some interest, but there's little to be learned here. Strangely, material on the '70s and the '80s--the height of two meter FM activity, almost entirely ignores it. Let's hope that the League's 100th anniversary, now only a few years away, is marked by a volume that returns to at least the quality of "Fifty years of ARRL" (1964).
