excellent product, gain 14 or 24db!

This kit is very easy to assemble. Note that the review has the instructions, otherwise the kit is shipped without any! The review costs about 5 euro extra and instruction are in italian (the schematic is just was is really needed).
This amplifier consists of:
a not switchable attenuator (abt 10db),
the MAV 11 amplifier and the transistor. If the attenuator is not mounted (R1, R2 and R3) the gain is about 24db, not just 14db.
The attenuator is meant for what I understand to cope the signal output of 1.5V coming from a signal generator.
