No No No RUN DON'T WALK  Time owned: more than 12 months
Ordered Kenwood panel and top for PS-52 power supply. They assured me that it would be 2-3 weeks, tops.... emails followed with "your order should be shipped within 2 weeks" for months and months... finally got the faceplate for the PS-52 after EIGHT MONTHS, NEVER got the top panel despite their monthly emails. FIND A BETTER PLACE TO ORDER KENWOOD PARTS... these guys are totally bogus !

NOT GOOD  Time owned: months
I ordered a fan for my 850-S. The site showed it to be available and of course now it is back ordered to kingdom come. Kenwood no longer makes this part so I am curious if they can come up with one. I somehow doubt it. I have to echo the previous posts on this one. They should tell you they do not have it when you order. Not days later.

They backorder parts when website shows as in stock  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Ordered some Kenwood Parts. All showed as in stock on their website.

They shipped one part of the three ordered, supposedly backordered one of the others, and marked the third as not available. I never did get the backordered part.

I got stuck with the minimum shipping charge for that one item, which is useless without the other two that they didn't ship. The shipping on this one useless part was 4 times the cost of the part. So it cost over ten bucks for delivery of a little spring that sells for a couple bucks, that was only useful with the knob set that they didn't send. UGH!

And they shipped UPS though the one part they sent could have been mailed first class for less than a buck.

I'll never order from them again and I don't suggest you even consider them for a parts source, because they obviously don't update their website with what they actually have in stock or are able to get.

OEM Parts IF they have it in stock  Time owned: months
Be careful, they will not advise you if the part is unavailable until after you place the order, EVEN IF you ask about the availalbility before ordering.
