It doesn't even fit on my High Sierra Sidekick  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
The Instruction Manual doesn't seem to relate to my High Sierra Sidekick antenna at all.
However, I've managed to open the Sidekick up. Furthermore, in their INSTALLATION section, they say "The threaded shaft is secured to the base of the coil, by a rubber bushing, flat washer, and two nuts."
This is not the case with my antenna. There are no nuts on the threaded shaft. The single nut provided by them seems to be a different thread to the section in my antenna.
Having bought the SDC-102 controller, it's not even usable. I think I've wasted $200. Ameritron haven't responded to TWO e-mails.
