poor XMIT audio  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I bought one of these at Dayton for my Icom V82 from the Prostar Battery booth (location 442).

I bought the mike because its large size compared to other after market mikes.

I am NOT satisfied with its performance.

I bought one, but I returned it in a few minutes because of poor receive audio. The salesman gave me another unit with good sounding receive audio. Unfortunately, I did not check the XMIT audio. When I use the mike built into the HT I get good signal reports. When using the PSIA 9030SL to Xmit I get reports of very low audio.
I will just junk this unit it is $25 down the drain, and because the salesman did not give me a sales receipt, I don't have proof of purchase or know who to contact to get it repaired or exchanged.

I will be buying some other manufacturers large Lapel mike.
