Great 23 CM Antenna

I purchase one on E-Bay new and sealed in the box. Diamond claims 14.5 DBi gain. To my surprise the SWR is flat at 1.1:1 from 1240 to 1300 MHz. Can be installed vertical or horizontal. Comes completely assembled with an N female connector. There is nothing to adjust. Just take it out of the box and install.
Now the bad news. I have been told you can only purchase the A1200S12 in Japan. You may want to check with you local ham store to see if they can get. None of the stores I contacted ever heard of it??? The instructions are in Japanese only.
