Looks made quite well. Easy to assemble. You need to pay attention how the elements are mounted (look at the chart in the instructions!). Mine had only instructions in German. Operationally, I tested it on the 2 meters band and the TV bands. I was surprised how good weak signals were on the TV band. I think that this antenna works more or less as advertised.
