Well-built with high-quality components. Tunes stuff you'd never expect such a compact tuner to match, like a G5RV Jr. on 80 meters. The dual meters are a lot nicer than the typical forward/reflected switch or cross-needle single meter. Has terminals for two coax connections, a balanced line and a single wire on the rear panel. Not common, yet not very expensive when you do find them; I got mine for less than $50 on eBay and wouldn't consider selling it for that price. If you're in the market for an inexpensive tuner and come across one of these, grab it. You could do a lot worse. The only thing they forgot to include was a power switch for the meter lights.

will tune it all

Hi all
I have this tuner for abt 8 yrs now.
I bought it with broken diodes in SWR bridge.
I put in 4 new germaniums and it runs fb since then.
It will tune everything from way to short dipoles to verticals.
It will not let you down.
Balun inside is as great as the 100 watt balun of MFJ.
Nice 1 : 6 verniers on capacitors makes life vy easy.
Its an old one and everyone here whom uses it wants to buy it from me .
It is not for sale though.

Hard to find tuner. Swan had one also in the late 70's or early 80's.2 coax inputs switched with 450 ohm terminals also. Terminal for long wire. Lighted dials show forward and reflected power.Very high quality. Switched coil tunes 160 to 10 meters and everything in between. If you find one get it.
