Good, Solid & Reliable,
The details are much the same as per my review of the HL130-U,
Personally i would not recommend over driving this amplifier (As with any amp !) as suggested by the previous reviewer, Apply the 10% rule and the HL180V should last you a life time,
Much better quality than the likes of microset
and microwave modules that is on offer in the U.K.

Had a rig for a trial. Good size to fit the rack! With 0.5W input from HT, you get some 80W output or if you inject 35W, Hahahahahaha...you get 180W or more! Nice little rig for VHF DXing! Worrying about my DIY GP antenna...
