Reviews Summary for DXE-SAD-200A U-Bolt Saddle Clamps
DXE-SAD-200A U-Bolt Saddle Clamps Reviews: 3 Average rating: 5.0/5 MSRP: $9.75
Description: Ideal for use with round tubing, like a Cushcraft D40 RTD. Excellent to substitute stock equipment with updated, higher quality, higher strength and better grip design to keep antenna from slipping. Many sizes available.
Product is in production.

Excellent - Right tool for the Job  Time owned: more than 12 months
These DX-E saddle clamps are the right tool for the job. Easy to use, cost-effective, they provide a sure grip all around the tubing, assuring the clamp has plenty of metal to grab, and does not cut into, or cause a bend or dent in the tubing. Other clamps grab at high stress points, and sometimes pinch or dent the tubing, and this is bad because it may no longer telescope as before, and may break or become weaker, and more likely to bend, where the tubing is distressed, bent, pinched, or where its shape becomes distorted.

I have used these in several applications, and have always been happy with the results. The right tool for the job. Don't skimp by using inferior products, a couple bucks more will make your project much better - worth it.

Just My take. // James - K8JHR //

Great  Time owned: more than 12 months
I used these on some large antennas I have up at 100 feet. I did it right the first time and with the help of these saddle clamps everything has stayed were I left it for over 2 years. They do not cut into the tubing and are much better than a muffler clamp. See www.kc0ll.net I have some pictures of them in use.

Pure 110% Quality  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
My mind keeps changing for the better with this company. Replaced original mast clamps stocked hardware which came with the Cushcraft D-40. Why? After a few days in the air, and a good wind, antenna slipped on mast. When trying to remove, the Cushcraft u-bolts siezed up and had to be cut off.......the difference between materials was night and day and the DX-Engineering clamps are awesome! Company spent a lot of time looking at on-line Cushcraft manual to make sure their saddle clamps would fit and sure enough, perfect match!! Awesome service, products, and delivery time. Glad the confusion with them being linked to another substandard company in Mississippi is not true in this department. FB all around es TU DX-Engineering for helping us get back on the air with dependable gear. These saddle clamps are well made!! Bravo!
